Reporting a price or a contributor
Prices in zwole are posted by other drivers, so some of them will be wrong. You can flag anything that looks wrong from inside the app:
- Press and hold a posted price — in a charger's details, or on any of the recent observations listed under it.
- A menu appears offering Report this price or Report this charger, Report this contributor, and Hide this contributor.
- Reporting sends it to us to look at. Hiding is yours alone and takes effect straight away — that contributor's posts stop appearing for you, and nobody is told.

How moderation works
We would rather say this plainly than bury it. Anyone can post a price, and we do not check each one before it appears — that is what makes the map current. What we do instead:
- Every price and every contributor can be reported, by anyone, from the app.
- Reports reach an operator, who can suppress a post from every public view or ban an account outright.
- A suppressed post stops being visible; a banned account cannot sign in and its posts stop appearing.
- Separately from any of that, you can hide a contributor for yourself at any time, without reporting them and without waiting for us.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm.
There is a full explanation of what deletion removes, what is kept, and how long it takes on the delete your account page. If you no longer have the app installed, email support@zwole.app and we will action it for you.
Privacy and terms
Our privacy policy and terms of service are being finalised and are not published yet. We would rather show you nothing than a placeholder that says nothing. Email support@zwole.app in the meantime and we will answer any question about what the app collects.
